this hotel sits beautifully near the main tourist spots including the castle and museum. the spa impressed me with its amazing views. its location is something special. the decor seemed very inviting.
the hallway outside was being redecorated from early morning, waking me up, and the hotel was very quiet.

i found the breakfast delicious with a varied selection. the omelette chef stood out and delivered the best omelette ever. the hotel restaurant was wonderful with tasty menu options.

The breakfast had a huge variety of options. I loved the delicious food. my room in alpenrose was cozy. It had large windows that opened to the lake, it was very peaceful! the staff was wonderful.

Uneven experience. Some issues noticed
dark roomstingy pods
the room i got was not great, especially considering the price. the curtains were half hanging off, and the bathroom was not ideal. plus, i found only four coffee pods which was pretty stingy. it's frustrating when the details don't match the cost.

the hotel had bike rentals. right in the hotel, they were available round the clock. i had my own terrace in the room and it had a beautiful view over the lake. i found the pool perfect with warm water and towels.
the light from the mirrors was very weak.
